About Jefferson County Housing Authority

The Jefferson County Housing Authority is a public body corporate and politic, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Colorado. It is operated by an Executive Director who answers to a five member Board of Commissioners. The Housing Authority Commissioners are appointed to five-year terms by the Jefferson County Commissioners.

The Jeffco Housing Corporation is a 501 c 3 not for profit corporation. Its properties are managed by the Jefferson County Housing Authority. It is operated by a five member Board of Directors.
